Wonderful
beach 100m away (2 sunbeds for around 150k vnd), quite at nights. staff was very friendly (despite the reviews we saw before talking about rude staff), english skills could be improved though.
bathroom flooded when taking a shower without a proper drainage possibility (drain is located in a bathtub, no curtains available for the bathtub)

What was the highlight of Ruby Hotel
Good
The hotel has a favorable location, sea-facing, eateries nearby. Seems to have just been reconstructed, so it's totally looking new, I love how quiet it was throughout the stay even that was holidays. Enthusiast support staffs is another worth.
We all think that the service was not very good as it comes with the rate 3-star. - Arrival time: we had announced in advance, even arrived a bit late, we still had to wait for the room to be ready. - The booked room: it was booked as a double room but they asked us to have 2 single beds combined (personally find it quite inconvenient because I hate the gap between those as I was with my boyfriend). - The breakfast included: the buffet was horrific, so bad that you have to turn around for ages without knowing which to pick. The rest of my team did not come back on next morning for the same reason above. - The bathroom: it looks kinda gorgeous until there was water leaking through the mirror into the room's floor. - The parking: it's kinda small even for bikes. We have our own, and sadly after the trip were some marks happened to my new bike's cover.
